Want refund of auto-billed charges

    I was just auto-charged for missbluefire.home.blog, which I bought for my daughter. She no longer uses it. Please refund my latest charge of $58.00

    Please turn off autopay for this account and refund this latest charge,

    Is it possible this purchase was made under a different login? We’re happy to cancel your upgrade and refund, but that request would need to come from the account the upgrades are under, and not this unconnected account.
