    Hi I am new to css.
    you can view my site at ayeshaasghar.com

    I have disabled the theme that i was using and now have written my own css.

    earlier my widgets were on the right side. but after my custom css it has moved at the bottom of the page that is under main content.

    Can someone pls help me and tell me the css to move this widget-area to the right side bar of main content like again

    i tried the following but its not working. it does move the widget area to the right side but still the widgets are at the bottom of main content. pls help how to fix

    #primary {
    float: right;
    }
    #secondary {
    float: left;
    }

    Writing CSS from scratch is a big undertaking! I can try to point you in the right direction. It looks to me like you’ll want to give the #primary and #secondary elements each a width if you want the floats to work. If you use pixels for the widths, take care to make sure the design is responsive (using media queries) if you want it to work well on mobile. Or you can use percentages, i.e. 75% width for #primary and 25% width for #secondary.
