Want someone’s deleted site back as it is of my usage

  adhodrisht.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.
  When the authors have deleted this site then it should be available for others as like if a person doesn’t use own contact no. for a long time it gets deactivated and later the same no. is being used by another subscriber.

  In the same way deleted websites must be available for another users of wordpress
