Want the "Leave a Reply" Comments box to show on my blog page

  My blog page here doesn’t show the “Leave a Reply” Comments box at bottom of the pages because I previously configured a CSS code to delete it from throughout all of the other pages of my site. Now my question is how to get it to show on just the blog pages such as “Latest nes” and “These Are My Favourites” and future posts I make. Is there a specific directive I can add to my “style.css” to get it to show?
