  HI,
  I was looking for adding sharethis.com plug in. Their share buttons are more attractive. But at my admin page can’t find a plugin adding option.
  Please enable the plugin adding button at my admin page so that I can add the desired plugin.

  No plug-ins for WordPress.COM blogs – security & reliability issue

  Only wordpress.ORG users have the power to add plug-ins to their blogs.

  WordPress.COM users are NOT allowed to add plug-ins on their blog..

  Like Auxclass said, there are security and reliability issues.
