Want to add a tab on my website

  Aright so I am working on my website right now (jaredsblog.org) and I want to add a tab where like it says “Home” and “About”, I want to add a tab called “Forum” which I want it to redirect it to http://www.jaredsblog.org/forum. How do I do this? If you could do a step by step or link me to a website that would be appreciated! Thank you!

  jaredsblog.org is not a wordpress.com blog, so you need to ask at wordpress.org.
