Want to Add External Widget

I want to add an external widget to my WP.com blog.
I saw on a previous post (which is closed now) where the Tech person asked to see the code because there may be a workaround. In that post the code was never posted.Can I insert this widget in my WP.com blog?

We cannot use Javascript for security and stability reasons. The software will strip the code out. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascript

If you can find a Flash version of the widget and it is not an advertising widget or an affiliate link widget then there is a workaround that may be used to comvert the code to a gigya shortcode.
