Want to add official webfonts plugin but CAN'T find plugin on dashboard

  I’m fairly new and want to change my font. I don’t know how or have time to figure out the coding.

  So far all my searches resulted in really old info until I found this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/font/

  BUT I cannot follow directions because there is NO plugin or plugin menu on my dashboard.

  Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
