  Few days ago i created free blog named http://www.smile7860.wordpress.com i just want know, how can i add privacy policy page on my blog. Kindly help me.

  Here is some good documentation on how to create pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/. The ‘Create a New Page’ section will guide you through it — this process is the same for any page you wish to create.
