Want to become a Happiness Engineer.

So please tell me if this post is not allowed, it is my first time posting in this forum and I am new to wordpress.com
I had a blog in wordpress a long long time ago (or was it blogspot.com?) probably around 2011 or something like that.
My fiance told me about happiness engineers, he has a friend who is one, and how I should become one.
I spend a lot of time online, always liked blogging and would consider my computer skills very good.
Now, I created a WordPress.com blog recently with the purpose of becoming more familiar with it. I have been trying to teach myself HTML code as well.
I have no one to ask questions to about this since I have never met my fiance’s friend and they do not talk as much anymore.
Any insight, recommendations, advice is welcome!

Happiness engineers are employed by WordPress.com and consequently need to be well-versed in how all aspects of the company/software works. Perhaps to begin with you should work on a site here to become familiar with as many aspects as possible.
