How do I bind my domain to an IP address without changing nameservers?

  Hi,

  I would prefer to be able to control my mx records etc and don’t want to delegate all dns responsibilities to your name servers. In fact, I would like to maintain the setup the way it was before (i presume) our mapping expired.

  How do I proceed?

  We don’t have dedicated IP addresses for each blog at WordPress.com, so you’ll have to change your nameservers.

  Once you have properly mapped your domain over, we have a special section where you can enter your own DNS rules, like MX records.
