I can’t access my ‘pages’ on the website even though I followed the steps, and am logged into wordpress. Usually I can enter by typing in: otsolutionspdx.com/wp-admin but it isn’t doing it today…

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
