  Hi, i want to use word press for a estate agent lettings website, i also want to use a third party agent software called http://www.letmc.com/ , is this possible? thanks!!

  No. There is no FTP access to sites hosted by wordpress.com http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and we cannot upload any software into our sites.
