Want to buy Guided Transfer but ?

Why won’t WordPress allow me to buy a guided transfer? I put to in the shopping cart, and then hit the purchase button. But I get this message : “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?” I have a custom domain name (meatandpotatoesoflife.com) plus my original WordPress.com site name (middleagemuse.wordpress.com.) I want to migrate my blog to WordPress.org. Please help?!

Tried again today, and the Store still will not accept my payment, giving the same message about my blog already having “some of these upgrades.” I have never had a guided transfer, so I am not sure what that is about. Please help, because I am up against a deadline to get my blog transferred. Thanks!

Hi there!
It looks like you currently have some custom fonts enabled on your blog. If you disable them, the purchase should go through successfully. You can disable them by navigating to Appearance -> Customize and clicking “X” next to the fonts as shown here:
