Want to buy Personal plan but refund the domain I previously bought

    Previously I have purchased a domain, and then I want to buy the personal plan, i didn’t know that it is included with free domain.
    I have chat with the operator that if I purchase the Personal plan, the previous domain will be refunded and i can keep the same domain name.

    Hi, thanks for checking in. The refund of the domain cost is on its way to you now, but I should note it can take up to 10 working days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card provider.
