Want to cancel a domain, don't know login info. Help!

I want to cancel a domain name (nomnomschools.com), but I don’t know what email address is associated with that account. I was just charged for the domain name. Help!

The site owner and Administrators are the only persons who can cancel a domain. They have to log in with the username created in order to delete the site.
Assuming that you’re either the site owner or an Administrator, and you can’t access to your login information, you might try to recover it by following the steps listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/Once your account information is recovered, you can proceed and cancel the domain. Here’s explained how to do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/
If you get stuck at any step, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance.

Hi Stefania, Thank you for the quick response.
I am the owner/administrator of the site (nomnomschools.com), but I can’t access my login information because do not know the username or email or any account information associated with the website. I only know I was charged for the domain renewal. I’d like to cancel this domain but I do know the transaction ID for the charge. I’d like to get it resolved ASAP so I get a refund.

If you weren’t able to retrieve your data through the account recovery procedure, the best thing is to get assistance directly form the Staff.

I recovered my account information. When I logged in, I did not see “nomnomschools.com” as one of the domains I owned. :( -
