Want to cancel a website blog

Hi there,
I am trying to delete this blog post https://trevohealthylifestyle.wordpress.com/2015/09/11/how-trevo-helps-people-living-with-hivaids/ but I am unable to since I don’t have the details to my email. Is there any way that this post can be deleted?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.

If you check each and every possible email address and wordpress.COM account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the wordpress.COM Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
NOTE: WordPress.COM Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ And, Staff cannot delete the post for you.

If you are not logged in under the correct wordpress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
If you do not have the required wordpress.COM access you need to contact the person who registered the wordpress.COM account and the site under it and have them transfer the site to your wordpress.COM username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
After you gain access to the site, go to https://trevohealthylifestyle/wp-admin/edit.php hover over the post title and click the Trash link.

Then I am totally stuck cos I cannot remember the password to the email that I used.
