Want to cancel my .com website, account, service….

    Please help me to cancel my wordpress.com account so that I do not get charged for another year. I’ve been trying to do this off & on for a couple of months only to give up frustrated! I can’t get into cpanel—I can’t figure out what my usercode/password is, and it does not allow me to create a new one. I have about one week left before my credit card gets charged! Thank you!
