Want to cancel my free trial

  Hi,
  I’ve just got the free trial but I would like to cancel my subscription ASAP without waiting for the 14 days.

  Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  From Details and Terms:

  You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.

  You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.

  We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.
  You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

  You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found.

  You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

  hi
  i have tried premium trial version and i was cancelled before 14 days trial period, but 99usd has been charged from my bank account. please refund ASAP. this sucks me alot.

  i given cancel in my upgrade–>wordpress.com, but didnt get confirmation email.
