Want to cancel our Upgrade

Last Friday, February 5 of 2016 we payed $99 to upgrade our plan from the Free account to the Premium.
We want to cancel the upgrade and receive a reimbursement.Thanks for your help,

Upgraded plans are refundable for 30 days after purchase. You can accomplish this from wordpress.com/purchases -

Did you register a domain?If so, what is the domain URL, please?
If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
In this case and when we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.
