Want to Cancel Premium Account

  Hi,

  I signed up for the premium trial account but I do not want to continue my subscription. I would like my account completely canceled. It was said that I would be charged on the 28th and I have been looking on the website for quite some time trying to cancel but cannot find an option to. Can you please help me with this and ensure I am not charged?

  To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, you can use the Cancel button on the My Upgrades page.

  Hi again,

  I couldn’t find the my upgrades page you mentioned. I did however find an option to “cancel my site”. I did receive an e-mail confirmation to cancel and did go through with the cancelation. Will this serve the same purpose?
