Want to cancel site

    You sent me an email saying my site would renew in 30 days and that I could manage that by clicking the ‘my account’ button. When I click that button I don’t see anywhere I can cancel the subscription. Your ‘contact for help’ link only takes me to this form to post in the forums. All in all, not very helpful. Please advise.

    Are you talking about the domain tudorrobins.ca ?

    If yes then your should contact your hosting provider as your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host. So WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question.

    Thanks for the reply – it’s not actually about tudorrobins.ca – that was automatically added to my post. I didn’t add it. It’s about this site – https://tudorrobinsresumes.wordpress.com/. WordPress sent me an email saying it would be auto-renewing, but none of the links in the WordPress email took me to any place I could cancel it. And, as you can see, it automatically re-directed my question to be about tudorrobins.ca, which is NOT the site in question. Super-frustrating …

    You are logged in as the username, tudorrobins

    The site and its associated upgrade belong to the username, tudorrobinsresumes

    Please log out of this account and log back in as tudorrobinsresumes, and you’ll be able to cancel your upgrades from the Purchases page, or contact live chat support for help.

    You’re also welcome to comment here as the correct account and I’d be happy to help you, but I cannot cancel an upgrade unless it’s requested by the account that owns it.
