Want to cancel subscription

  Just received a notice that I’m to be billed for a subscription but I never use this site and want to cancel my subscription. I called the support number but no luck — just an ambiguously European sounding computer that hung up on me after I didn’t press any numbers.

  Anyway, I’d love to not be billed and to have no account with you guys. Please help!

  I can absolutely help you with that.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain datacoyote.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using datacoyote.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
