  Hi i got a bill for a renewal of my subscription, but I thought I cancelled it! Is it possible to cancel this and receive a refund? Thanks in advanced!

  You can get a refund if you cancel your plans within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to this support document.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. You had a plan on newgenerationmarketingblog.wordpress.com that renewed on 21 March, but that plan was cancelled and the renewal refunded on 31 March.

  For what site did you receive a renewal notification?
