Want to cancel 'WordPress.com Premium will auto-renew in 5 days'

  Hi WordPress,

  My name is Alexander Dziri. I hosted a website http://www.itwasalladream.be on wordpress premium for a while.

  I cancelled my subscription for itwaslladreamdotbe.wordpress.com a while ago. When I look at my WordPress profile I have no sites showing or any payment plan/method.

  I received an e-mail yesterday that my account will be automatically renewed on the 8th of september, do I ignore this? Or do I still have to take any steps to completely cancel my subscription?

  Hi there,

  That domain is mapped to a WordPress.com site with the Premium Plan, but the site belongs to a different username, alexanderdziri. You’ll need to log in as that username to cancel the upgrade from the purchases page, or you can post here as that username and I can do it for you.

  If you don’t remember the password for that username you can try our password reset form here:
