Want To Center Header with menu, change color, change size of copyright footer

  Hi:

  My theme for my website is Ixion. I would like to:

  1) Center the top header with the menu directly underneath it
  2) Change the color of the header
  3) change the size of the copyright footer so that it does not wrap around and continue on the next line

  Thank you for any help/advice.
