Want to change bullet color in unordered list

  I am using the INove theme and I have a CSS upgrade and want to be able to change the color of the bullets in the sidebar. Does anyone know what kind of CSS code I need to be looking at to accomplish this -or if it is even possible?

  You can change the bullet style with the CSS list-style property.
