Want to change email associated with WordPress.com account.

  I want to change my email associated with WordPress.com account. I am not able to do it.
  When I try to change email. The change doesn’t reflect.

  Please help.

  Hello prashantchaudhary25,

  Can you please walk me through the steps you took to change your email id? Perhaps, you might have missed out on something.

  Changing an email id in your WordPress.com account is quite easy. All you have to do is to go to your account settings page: https://wordpress.com/me/account and update your email address there. Once you’ve entered your new email address, you’d get an email at the new address with a confirmation link – which you must click to confirm the email address-update.

  Is this the way you tried to change the primary email id of your account? If not, try this method – it should work well for you.

  Do let me know in case the issue persists.

  Thanks for response. I was doing the same way you said but the error is coming is that “There was a problem saving your changes.”

  Please have a look and resolve.

  P.S : I want to attach screenshot for same but not able to see option to attach jpeg image.

If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

  On your user records I’m seeing that your account email has changed twice in the last hour. Is the account settings page working correctly for you now?

  If not, can you please confirm that you still have access to the address currently associated with your account? I can email you there to discuss it privately.
