want to change my url address

  Hi folks,
  I am new to wordpress.com. I originally named my blog as phantasticeats, but i would like to change it to phantasticfood. When I look at my profile, I was able to change the name, but when trying to access the blog, it is still listed as phantasticeats.

  If you are referring to the Blog Tile and not the URL (blog address), then the Blog Title and /or optional Tagline cna be changed at any time on this page > Settings > General
