Want to change picture next to domain name

I am curious if there is a way to change the picture of the wordpress “w” next to my domain name into something of my own choosing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to settings > general and the favicon it is called a “blog picture.” You can add it there. It may take up to 24 hours for it to show up on your blog. When checking, clear your browser cache first before looking as most browsers will cache the favicons and not actually update them until the cache is cleared.
