Want to change Title and Subtitle

  I am a first time blogger and cannot figure out how to change the format for the Title and the subtitle. I want to edit them.

  Can you help me figure out how to edit the Title?

  Hi there,

  You can edit your blog’s title and tagline at Settings -> General in your dashboard.
