WANT TO CHANGE TO A .COM

    The following is an email I sent to support@wordpress. com tonight, but since they’re off till 10/29, thought some else
    might be able to help me in the meantime…or I just might have to wait till 10/29.

    Please help!

    Today I just registered a new website with WORDPRESS, http://thestewedtomatoe.wordpress.com

    I’m embarrassed to say it, but I messed up and meant to register this new website as http://thestewedtomatoe.com not .wordpress.com

    How do I cancel my existing website http://thestewedtomatoe.wordpress.com ? If you’ll allow me to cancel my
    existing website, I’ll turn right around & sign up for the domain I want, http://thestewedtomatoe.com
    and will gladly pay the extra $99.00 plus the $8.00, or whatever it comes to, to get what I want. Then I’ll be happy,
    and be able to set up my website like I want. Excuse me for being selfish, but maybe this would be the easiest for me.

    OR

    How can I upgrade or change my website to http://thestewedtomatoe.com ? I’ll be more than happy to pay the
    extra $99.00 plus the $8.00 to get this done and get what I want. I’ll be happy and be able to set up my website
    like I want. Can you do this for me? Of course, I’ll happily pay you the $107.00 or whatever it comes to?

    I’m not a computer guru, so please, I do need your help. Just let me know how I can get what I want, http://thestewedtomatoe.com

    DON’T DELETE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You need to register a domain name and then map it to your base WordPress.COM blog – so keep the thestewedtomatoe.wordpress.com and then purchase a Domain Name and Map it to your blog you now have. The two links should help you get started in the right direction,

    The first thing you need to do is register a Domain Name – the first link I gave you should get you started in the right direction – and as an added bonus the total cost will be around $ 25– give or take – not the $ 100- you mentioned above – so we saved you some money already.
