Want to check billing details

    I didn’t know my AutoRenew was enabled. When WordPress deducted the yearly premium from my credit card, I had no idea where the 99$ had gone. So I cancelled the fee. Once I realized it was WordPress which had withdrawn the 99$ I renewed the subscription (which included a fine too). However, my credit card company reported that the money from the first transaction (the one that was cancelled) was never returned to my account. Now I need to confirm if the money from the first transaction is still with WordPress. I have the transaction ID. Bottom line : I may have been overbilled. How do I get help?
