  But while closing i got a pop up message saying problem closing my account and to contact support.

  You have an active Akismet subscription that is preventing you from closing your account. Are you still using that subscription? If not, I can go ahead and cancel it for you.

  Hi,
  Thank you for your prompt reply.
  I made a mess by registering 2 accounts. 1 with username seycart2020 which i want to close and the other Seycart2020$ which i want to keep or whichever is currently active with my WordPress WooCommerce site i want to keep.
  Please kindly check if you see both accounts because i am getting difficulties to login using Seycart2020$ account showing incorrect username.
  And tell me is Akismet good to keep because in my Akismet account already shows subscriptions cancelled.

  It looks like you’ve created a third account to reach us from. Currently signed in as admin90abf4fe54, which is different from the other 2 accounts that you mentioned.

  Let me know what site you’re working on so we can take a closer look.

  So i made a terrible mess then. 3 accounts. I wish to have only 1 account. The one attached to my Bluehost account where I am working on a multi-vendor marketplace site name http://www.seycart.com.

  Okay, so your domain http://www.seycart.com is connected to your admin90abf4fe54 account, but your Akismet subscription is connected to your seycart2020 account. There isn’t a Seycart2020$ WordPress.com account. It may be the username you have to log into your WordPress.org site?

  Which one are you wanting to keep and are you wanting to cancel the Akismet account?

  Thank you for your reply.
  If possible i want the Akismet subscribtion to be connected to the same account as my domain name and to close the seycart2020 account.
  I also want to change the admin90abf4fe54 account name to seycart2020 which is easier to remember.

  This won’t be possible. Once you close the account, you won’t be able to use that same username ever again.
  It will probably be easier if you connected the site seycart.com to the account seycart2020 instead. This way you’ll be able to also delete admin90abf4fe54 and keep just one account :)

  Well, you will want to disconnect the site from your WordPress.com account as explained here: https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/ and then connect it from the correct account:
