    Hi there!
    I tried to close my account because I already haven’t need my site.
    But I can’t.

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    In order to close the account, it looks like we need to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

    Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.

    Okay, we’ve reverted your site back to the free plan. You should now be able to delete your account by going to https://wordpress.com/me/account
