Want to connect saudi domain
-
Not sure what to choose, connect the domain or transfer the domain. Our domain is a saudi website with .sa
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi,
You’ll have to connect it as we currently don’t support incoming transfers for .sa domains.
If you have any other questions, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for your reply. Now I already connected the .sa domain. However, why is it not showing as .sa? Should we pay first the business plan to be able to remove this? Then I want to add elementor but its not allowing me to.

Hi, I don’t see any connected domains under your account here.
Would you please share the domain name you’re referring to?
Once we know that, we should be able to help or at least direct you to the folks who can.

To be able to connect that domain, you first need to upgrade to one of our plans. Once you do that, you can follow the guide linked below to connect your domain.

Hello. I already changed the nameservers on our domain registrars. What will be the changes after this?
-
Ok I know it will take time to take effect. But my question is connected to installing Elementor plugin. I thought that after upgrading to business plan, elementor can be installed and free? Why is it asking me pay?
-
The Business plan allows you to install plugins. It doesn’t come with the ability to install any premium plugins.
Elementor is a different company than us, and if you want to use the premium version of their plugin, you’ll need to pay them for that.
-
Hi, thanks for your response. We only want to use free version of elementor not the premium.

So far, I understand that the name servers of the domain, actcorporateservices.sa, have been pointed to WordPress.com. This change, won’t actually happen until you have purchased a hosting plan from us, and at that time, the DNS changes will be able to be activated when you connect the domain to your account here.
This is the first step that we need to remedy before moving on.
When using WordPress.com (here) we are your hosting provider. In order to activate that domain connection as stated above you need to add a hosting plan to your account. Those options are at https://wordpress.com/plans/
Yes, on our business plan you are able to use plugins. Some plugins, or versions of plugins, require a fee. That is not in our control as those plugins are not part of our company. https://elementor.com/help/can-i-use-elementor-pro-on-wordpress-com/
Yes, you can use Elementor Pro on our hosting plans, but there’s an additional fee required by Elementor for use of the Pro model – that is not associated with us.
Does this help clarify things?
