  Have you tried exporting and importing your content according to wordpress directions? You can check them out here ->https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/ // https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  If you want to talk directly with someone from the staff, you can always type ‘modlook’ on the tags bar and wait for their help :) they’ll answer you as soon as possible.
