Want to create a free website

  I have done the registration under free website creating option. But when I try to launch it, it is showing payment option. Truly I want to create a free website as sub domain as my registration is educomart.wordpress.com. May I make a little mistake during my first attempt when I registered my account in wordpress.com. Please help me to create a free wibsite under you.

  When launching your site you can again skip the purchase and make sure you choose the free subdomain and continue with the free plan.
