Want to create a page within a page
-
I’m creating a marketing site for a consultant and one of the pages has a gallery of thumbnail images as a portfolio display. From that page, I want each thumbnail to link to a new page within the same wordpress site. I’m lost on how to create pages that have the established link necessary to the thumbnails (ie pages where the portfolio main page would be the parent). I tried to link it from the edit gallery page menu, but it won’t let me change the URL from the thumbnail’s url to a destination url. I’m using the duet theme. Please let me know if it’s possible for me to link each photo to a page within the site using wordpress’ standard features or if I need to do it the old-fashioned way by editing the HTML itself?

I suggest that you link your username to your blog so others can click it and immediately locate the site. See here please for how to do that http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2007/10/06/link-your-username-to-your-blog/
