Want to create a webiste using word press

  I want to do the following and i hope someone can help me. I been looking all over the internet found one explnation but it is not clear to me.

  I want to have a dot com site, iknow i plan to purchase teh domian name from godaddy.com. I wan to have a site liek this, which is powered by word press but looks like like a website.

  I want to create a website blog. How do i do this?
