  We want to have a wordpress blog as a subdomain on our existing domain. Eg. blog.ourdomain.com. I am trying to see which plans are available for me. But the page is not accessible. Kindly help me with which plan is suitable for us. Also would appreciate if there are any other support channels apart from forums.

  You can map your WordPress.com site to a subdomain on a domain you own using any of our paid plans. All our paid plans also come with live chat and email support should you have any more questions.

  The support page at http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-subdomain/ is working on my end. If it’s not loading for you, please try clearing your browser cache or see if using a different browser works. We recently changed the location of that page, so if you’re using any redirect blocking add-ons in your browser, that might also explain things.
