  want to delete the account i have to restart over agaoin and still be able to use my email address

  Thanks for clarifying. You have two options, and remember, once your content is gone it cannot be recovered.

  1) Delete all of the content on your site, instructions here, you will need to delete posts, pages, categories, tags and media:

  -Delete Posts: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#deleting-posts

  -Delete All Pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#delete-pages

  -Delete All Categories: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/view-all/#bulk-actions-in-wp-admin

  -Delete All Tags: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/tags/#managing-tags

  -Delete All Media:https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
