  Unfortunately, WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted. If you want to, you can permanently remove your site which means that you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address. If that’s what you want to do, follow the instructions in this article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
