Want to delete site, but can't cancel an upgrade.

I’m trying to delete my site, but it says I have to cancel my upgrades first. My only upgrade is a theme that never expires. How do I remove that theme?

Removing premium themes will require WordPress staff support.

I can help you with this.
First, I just want to confirm 2 things.
1. Once you delete the site it’s not going to be available to you again in the future, is that alright?
2. When I remove the theme the appearance of the site will change. If you’re deleting it though, no biggie.

1. Yes, I moved to a self-hosted WordPress site years ago. This site has just been a fowarding page for a long time now and it isn’t getting any organic traffic anymore.
2. Yes. I’ve already switched away from the paid theme to a free one.

I’ve removed the theme. You can go ahead and proceed with the site deletion now. Write back with any other questions. Happy new year!
