Want to delete website I made on now inactive account

  I was hoping to get some help on an issue that has been bugging me for a while now. 

  As an assignment at an old college, I was asked to create a site and did so with my college email at the time. 

  The problem is that this email has been deleted from their servers as I am now a past student, so I can no longer log in and make changes to my WordPress site. 

  I’d like to delete the site as it is frustrating to have a school project be public on the internet. I am happy to prove my attendance at the college and my identity, I just want to delete this site and my WordPress account registered to this old email. 

  Could I please have some help with this?

  My old email registered to the site I want to delete is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  and the URL of the site is https://samueldchubb.wordpress.com

  If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
   
  We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
   
  Please refer to our support guide for all the available options if proof of ownership cannot be established: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-established
   
  However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private so that search engines and users can’t access it, and your blog will be hidden from public view. This is the most we can do without proof of ownership.
