Want to disable Jetpack plugin

  I installed the JetPack plugin and really regret it. I have problems with users, with the accuracy of what is in draft, what is current and I dislike the JetPack menu system. It hides too many functions

  If you were able to manually install JetPack then you’re probably self-hosted and should seek help on wordpress.org, not wordpress.com.
