  I can’t access my old website and I do not want to pay for a premium site that I don’t use but I don’t know how to cancel my annual fee. Please help

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account (or Jetpack-connected site), and could you please share your site URL?
