  You can change your site’s address but bear in mind that this is irreversible and you won’t be able to use the old address never again:

  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  You can also register a custom domain, that way you’ll get rid of the .wordpress.com at the end:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/
