(I do not see an option to contact any Happiness Engineers, however..)

You can do it yourself with the instructions below – or the staff will clear it for you if there is a lot of content – I will also flag this for the staff to help

..is my blog url. It looks like I want it to, the problem I am having is that from here – http://wordpress.com/#!/read/following/ , if I click on ‘My Blogs’, the title is now correct but the picture next to it is not, I would like to remove or change it (the picture of the white sink). That picture also appears when I click on my blog title and then am viewing my blog, it is in the top bar next to the WordPress logo.

Oh, you can do that without emptying the blog. That’s your Blog Icon, set via Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
