Please contact your domain registrar( GODADDY) for getting help related to SSL certificate.
SSL is configured at one’s host, not one’s domain registrar. In this particular case the hosting provider also appears to be GoDaddy, but that’s not always the case. If the domain was registered with GoDaddy, but pointed to WordPress.com, that would make use the host, and responsible for SSL on the site.

Just having a doubt in my mind Once i bought my domain from namecheap so while registration they also asked me if i want to register for SSL certificate so i thought here also there domain registrar will help them to get it. Does Positive SSL means something else here ? Attaching the link of the screenshot:

The items in that screen shot is for other services on top of the domain, not as part of the domain registration, and includes a hosting plan as well. If it’s possible to buy that without buying hosting, it’s likely because the point the new domain to a landing page, similar to what we do with domains on WordPress.com bought via https://wordpress.com/domains
If you did buy that, and subsequently pointed the domain away from Namecheap, that SSL certificate would have stopped working immediately.

Does Positive SSL means something else here ?
That would just be the name of the issuing authority, like Let’s Encrypt that we use for SSL on WordPress.com.
